Financial Policy

We’re always available to answer questions and to be your partner in untangling the puzzle of financing your care.

  • Knowing you have the medical protection you need can be a great relief. When making decisions regarding your healthcare, it can also cause worry when you’re uncertain of your coverage. We know that insurance can be challenging to understand and are here to help you navigate its waters. If you’re uncertain if our services are covered, you can meet with one of our insurance specialists for help.
  • We accept credit cards, but do not accept Personal Checks.
  • In the event you are unable to make payment by any of the methods outlined above, we accept CareCredit as a third-party lender with no interest options to assist in paying for your dental treatment.
  • When insurance isn’t an option or doesn’t cover all of your care, we provide flexible payment options. We accept checks, credit cards, ATM cards, and cash for direct payments. If you find yourself needing financing, we provide options from the most popular medical financing companies.

We are still in-network with UnitedHealthcare and nothing has changed about the plans we accept. We know some patients have received confusing messages from UnitedHealthcare, which you can disregard. Your child can continue seeing their usual provider at our clinic, and we are working with UnitedHealthcare to fix any accidental issues.
